2. Processing Times

 

  • Domestic orders: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • International orders: Subject to documentation checks, logistics coordination, and customer approval.

 

 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

 

  • Chile (Metropolitan Region and urban areas): 3–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Chilean regions: 6–10 business days.

  • International shipments: Varies depending on destination, shipping carrier, and customs clearance requirements.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and the weight/volume of the order.

7. Bulk or Industrial Products

Orders involving large volumes (IBCs, sacks, pallets, etc.) may require special transportation or scheduled pickup from the plant or warehouse.

We will contact you directly to coordinate delivery logistics.
